There are different types of open mold laminating: hand lay-up and spray-up laminating. The quickest method of lamination is spray-up lamination. Hanlon has in-house production equipment to quickly produce spray-up fiberglass laminated parts. Very similar to Hand Lay-Up, this process is typically used in low to medium volume production requirements.

Similarly, Spray-Up allows for customization and flexibility to create large-sized products such as automotive parts, molds, wind turbine components, concrete forms, truck parts, bath tubs and other similarly sized products. Design options are unlimited.
